Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a positioning wheelchair and a geri chair?
A geri chair is usually a padded recliner on casters. A positioning wheelchair adds tilt-in-space, adjustable components and a proper wheelchair frame, so the seating can be fitted to the person and changed as their needs change.
